Annual Salary Range
Responsibilites
Conduct foundational and applied AI research
Design and experiment with novel algorithms and architectures
Publish research and contribute to Astromean’s technical visibility
Collaborate with engineers to translate research into working systems
Help define the technical and scientific roadmap of the lab
Requirements
Strong background in machine learning, AI, or applied mathematics
Research experience demonstrated via publications or equivalent contributions
Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks
Ability to independently explore open-ended research problems
Bonus Qualifications
PhD or equivalent research experience
Experience in energy-efficient or resource-constrained AI
Interest in embodied, adaptive, or long-lived intelligence systems
