Annual Salary Range
Responsibilites
Build end-to-end software tools and platforms for research and operations
Develop user-facing interfaces and internal dashboards
Collaborate closely with researchers, engineers, and leadership
Rapidly iterate on features based on internal user needs
Maintain high code quality across frontend and backend systems
Requirements
Experience developing both frontend and backend applications
Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React)
Strong backend and API development skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
Bonus Qualifications
Experience building internal tooling for technical teams
Strong UX sensibilities and attention to detail
Startup or early-stage company experience
